End Of Agreement Process
A step by step end of agreement guide
Step 1
You will be contacted by your Scheme Co-Ordinator either in month 5 or prior to reaching your contract mileage. You will be asked to choose your next vehicle in good time to ensure that your new vehicle is available to be delivered upon expiry of your existing agreement.
Step 2
To continue to participate in the scheme you must comply with all of the stipulated scheme policies.
Assuming you plan to have another scheme vehicle, you will need to reserve another vehicle through MYHR as per the ordering process.
Step 3
Once approved by HR your vehicle will be ordered with Car Benefit Solutions and a Credit Sale Agreement will be generated.
Step 4
You will then receive a Credit Sale Agreement for your selected vehicle.
This process is the same as Step 3 - Quote, Order & Delivery Process.
Step 5
You will need to have any required rectification work completed prior to presenting your vehicle for inspection and before taking delivery of your new scheme vehicle.
Step 6
You will be asked to sign to confirm the vehicle's condition at termination and the final mileage reading. Any costs due to damaged/missing items will be taken when your salary is next paid. End of Agreement Checklist for further information.
Because payments are in arrears, your final monthly instalment will take place in the month you change your car. The first instalment for your new car will be deducted in the following month.
Please note that when returning your scheme vehicle, you should ensure that you comply with all aspects of the End of Agreement checklist.
